Return & Refund Policy

Merchandise and prints

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached. Prints must be undamaged and in original packaging.
• Email us at rtbfirearmstraining@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. We will reply with the return address.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong thing.
• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping — your choice. You do not need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect a return, we approve or decline it within 3 business days and email you either way. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Cash refunds are sent back through the same app, usually within 3 business days.

Class cancellations and rescheduling

• More than 7 days before class: full refund or free transfer to another date.
• Within 7 days of class: we will transfer you to another date at no charge if you tell us before the class begins.
• Not cancelled at least 24 hours before class: the payment is forfeited. This includes no-shows.
• If we cancel for weather, range closure, or any other reason: you get a full refund or a seat on the next available date, your choice.
• Students removed from a class for unsafe conduct or impairment are not refunded.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Nearly every issue is faster to fix directly, and we would rather make it right than fight a dispute.
