Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards at online checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
• Venmo (@Jacob-Beach-43), Zelle, Apple Cash, or cash for class registrations arranged directly with the instructor.

Currency

All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). We do not charge a separate processing fee.

When you are charged

• Products: your card is authorized when you submit the order and captured when the order is confirmed, before it ships.
• Classes: payment is due at registration and secures your seat. Seats are not held without payment or an agreed deposit.
• Deposits: for private and build-your-own group classes, we may take a deposit at booking with the balance due on or before class day. The deposit amount is agreed in writing before you pay.

Billing descriptor

Card charges appear on your statement as RIGHT TO BEAR FIREARMS TRAINING. If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us first — we can identify it quickly.

Order confirmation

Every completed checkout produces an order number shown on screen and emailed to you. Keep it; it is the fastest way for us to look up your purchase.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, your order is not placed and no seat is reserved. Try another card or contact us to arrange another method.

Taxes and shipping

Applicable Colorado sales tax and a flat shipping rate are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment. See our Shipping Policy.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility and timing are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. If there is a problem with a charge, email rtbfirearmstraining@gmail.com or call (970) 585-4346 before filing a dispute with your bank. We respond to every payment question within two business days.

Security

Card data is entered on our payment processor's secure, encrypted form. We never see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
