What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number when you register, order, contact us, or join the mailing list.
• Class roster details: which class you are attending, payment status, and any notes you or the instructor add.
• Order details: items purchased, order total, and the billing and shipping addresses you enter at checkout.
• Basic technical data: browser type and general usage information, used to keep the site working.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your full card number, expiration date, and security code are entered on the processor's secure form and are never stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits for reference.

How we use it

• To confirm registrations, build class rosters, and contact you about your class
• To process, ship, and support orders
• To answer your questions
• To send occasional emails about upcoming class dates and news, if you asked to be on the list
• To keep records required for taxes and business accounting

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business: our payment processor, our email and hosting providers, and shipping carriers. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and local browser storage for essentials such as keeping your shopping cart between visits and keeping the admin area signed in. We may use basic, aggregated traffic analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Email preferences

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you from the list. Transactional messages about a class you registered for or an order you placed will still be sent.

Data retention

Roster and order records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes, generally seven years. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.

Security

Data is stored with reputable hosting and database providers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the instructor and site administrator.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Minors who attend a class are registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion by emailing rtbfirearmstraining@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records must be kept where the law requires.
